二 | 退出市场的风险预警期为30个交易日。30个交易日后有暂停上市的风险。根据该决定的内容，公司主要子公司长春长胜生物科技有限公司于2018年10月16日因疫苗生产违法违规被药品监督管理部门吊销药品生产许可证，处以91亿元以下的罚款。上述违法行为危害公共卫生安全，严重损害国家和社会公共利益。涉及《深圳证券交易所上市公司重大违法强制退市实施办法》第二条、第五条规定的重大违法强制退市情况。
