一 | 1月11日：近日，北京监狱称，罪犯家属可以通过扫除密码为罪犯省钱。通过与支付宝等主流移动支付平台的合作，北京市监狱管理局推出了囚犯综合核算管理系统，建立了囚犯及其家属综合核算管理系统。    (ECNS)-- China has launched its first large-scale project to recycle and reuse retired wind turbines in Jiuquan, Gansu Province, according to China Resources Recycling Group on Monday.    The project involves refurbishing 25 wind turbines that have been in operation for more than 15 years. It aims to fill a gap in China’s high-value recycling and reuse of large-scale wind power equipment.        Engineers are testing key components, including generators, gearboxes and towers, and repairing and upgrading them using independently developed technologies. The refurbished turbines have shown significantly improved performance, with some core components performing close to the level of brand-new products. They can be reused at small local power stations and for industrial power supply.    Traditionally, retired wind turbines are either sent to landfills or incinerated. The new project increases the material reuse rate of wind turbines from 30% to 70%, helping reduce pollution and save land, according to project manager Jiang Dong.     The company plans to establish a nationwide recycling network to standardize the recycling and reuse of retired wind and solar power equipment.    (By Helen Mo, intern Lin Qiaochu)                    。

五 | 只要我们开通支付宝，搜索城市服务——“北京监狱”，我们就可以看到北京监狱系统提供的服务；通过支付宝实名认证，并提交家庭信息审计的两个步骤，家庭成员就可以在监狱里为亲属存钱，补贴他们的日常生活必需品。与原来的每一笔押金都要出入监狱的做法相比，大大方便了罪犯家属的生活。这与普通转账有何不同？囚犯家属支付宝存款系统对程序进行智能控制，每月最多只能存储1000元，每月只能存储一次，账户余额不超过5000元。

六 | 同时，监狱大数据平台智能完成家庭成员身份等安全审计，与综合核算软件平台相关。因此，如果身份不符合要求，扫描码就不能这样做。经检查，不得为罪犯提供押金。

七 | 在实现高效便捷的同时，也保证了最重要的安全性。
