B | 现代服务业发展向好，北京金融业，信息传输、软件和信息技术服务业分别增长10.2%和9.4%；天津租赁和商务服务业、金融业分别增长15.6%和6.8%；租赁和商务服务业，信息传输、软件和信息技术服务业分别增长12.0%和11.7%。区域规模以上工业增加值同比增长5.0%，三地分别增长3.4%、4.4%和6.1%。
